Conference Chair Welcome
“On behalf of the Society of Construction Law North America, I am thrilled to welcome you to our 2026 Annual Conference. This July, we gather in the vibrant heart of Nashville, Tennessee, to explore our theme: ‘Melody of Resolution: Harmonizing Construction Law in a Changing World.’
As the construction landscape evolves, our ability to find harmony between legal precision and industry innovation has never been more vital. We have curated a program featuring top-tier speakers, including our opening keynote, Boyd Howell of MODEC Americas, and technical sessions designed to spark dialogue and provide actionable insights. Whether you are here for the world-class education or the invaluable networking in Music City, we are honored to have you with us.
I look forward to seeing you in Nashville!”
